I hereby expressly invite the company www.bgmotors.ie to send me their view of the matter. I will then gladly publish them here as well.
Around Christmas 2021 and New Year 2022 my car a black VW Sharan with registration number : 07C29303 vanished from the premises of the company www.bgmotors.ie. I have in this context on 11/01/2022 made a complaint to the Garda Station in Kenmare against Brian Glover(one of the directors of www.bgmotors.ie for car theft. Brian Glover denies the allegation and claims the car was traded in when I bought another car. That this is not so, I will present evidence in the detailed part of this story. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything about the results of the investigation by the Garda Station in Kenmare up until now.
Brian Clover has not responded to multiple requests regarding the car's whereabouts. I would like to emphasize that I am in possession of the registration certicate of the car 07C29303 and I would like to ask anyone who can tell me about the whereabouts of this car , to report it to me via this e-mail address: webmaster@my-experience-with-bgmotors-ie.com
On 20/12/2021 I bought a used Peugeot 3008 from www.bgmotors.ie for the price of 3,750 euros. The car has been little used since then, but from the beginning has consumed above average amount of coolant and oil. At some point, I went to an auto repair shop. There I was told that the cylinder head gasket and possibly also the cylinder head itself is defective. Since this is a very expensive repair, I was advised to claim the warranty from the seller. Therefore, I brought the car to BGMotors on 15/2/2022. To date(15/3/2022) the car is there with no word on what has been done to the car so far or when the repair will be completed. Several inquiries to www.bgmotors.ie have not been answered. Since the problems existed from the beginning, I assume that the damage to the car already existed at the time of purchase. I assume that BGMotors must have known about the damage. If this is correct, I believe it would be fraud. I would therefore ask anyone who can say something about how the car with the license plate 10KY307 came into the possession of www.bgmotors.ie to let me know: webmaster@my-experience-with-bgmotors-ie.com
